Caring for someone with Alzheimers is one of the most difficult situations to be in. Feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, depressed, and scared are just some of the emotions that caregivers experience. It is important that caregivers take care of themselves. Studies have found that caregivers who do not practice self care are more likely to suffer from physical and mental health conditions.
